Creating a White Noise Video Effect in Sony Vegas 12

Sony Vegas 12 is a powerful and versatile editing software that allows users to create a white noise effect with ease. Follow these simple steps to create your white noise video effect:



  1. Create a new project: Open Sony Vegas 12 and click on 'File' then 'New' to create a new project.



  2. Import your footage: Import your video footage into the project by clicking on 'File' then 'Import' then 'Media' and selecting your video file.
